Ordering your Exercise Your Existence products on ExerciseYourExistence.com is simple and stress-free. Detailed product information, useful tools and a streamlined ordering process make shopping and purchasing a pleasure.

As part of the checkout process you will enter your shipping, billing and credit card information. Once you filled in your city, state, and zip code, you will be given real time shipping options via UPS and USPS. Exercise Your Existence.com accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Ordering by Phone
You can also place orders over the phone. Our customer service representatives are available: Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST at (541) 772-7776.

Credit Card Security
Exercise Your Existence uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer encryption technology for the checkout process to ensure a safe and secure online shopping experience. This technology makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the information you send us via the secure checkout server. Your credit card information is never used except to pay for the order you are placing, and to issue a refund if necessary. Your credit card will be charged the day your order is shipped.

Privacy
At Exercise Your Existence we value and respect your privacy. We will not sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your personal information to anyone. We will send you email about the status of your orders, and also about our products, services, promotions and other news. We will provide an easy mechanism for you to "opt out" of receiving email not directly related to an order.

Shipping & Handling
We provide real time calculation rate shipping on orders of every size via United States Postal Service & UPS. This ensures our customers get the absolute lowest and best shipping options/prices possible.

Most orders ship within the next business day of receipt.

International Shipping
International shipping is provided by the United States Postal Service. The customer is responsible for all customs charges, duties or taxes associated with international shipments, including fees that are collected by the receiving country's customs agencies. Transit times shown below do not account for delays due to customs clearance. Items must first be signed for and accepted before any returns or exchanges can be processed; refunds will not be given for deliveries refused for any reason.

Order and Shipping Confirmations
After you place an order with Exercise Your Existence, you will receive an order confirmation via email. When we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking number and a link to track the status of your order. Please note that orders shipped internationally cannot be tracked at this time.

Sales Tax
Exercise Your Existence does not collect same state sales tax on orders because Oregon does not have sales tax. You will not be charged any taxes on any of your orders.

Return and Exchange Policy
We accept returns or exchanges for any reason within 30 days of shipment provided the item(s) have not been used, worn or washed. If an item is damaged or defective we will promptly replace the item or, if you prefer, provide a full refund including shipping (minus a 20% restocking fee if the item is not a manufacture defect return).

Please allow three to four weeks for your return request to be processed.

Sending Returns to Exercise Your Existence
To send a return, please follow the instructions on the return form located on your Packing List. Send the returned product and completed form using one of the return labels provided. If you do not have your Packing List, please include the following information with your return:

• Your name and billing address
• The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
• The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase.
• The item number of the merchandise, if available.
